all staff were helpful and polite the rooms were clean. the food choices were good i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the bar staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them.
i found that the hotel lacked a dedicated quiet space to relax during busy periods.

the breakfast was alright, i mean, it was food, i guess.
The pool changing rooms seemed like they hadn't seen a mop in ages. my room promised juice and chocolates, but i only discovered a lone aero bar. the minibar fooled me. Turns out, it just housed water.
